Thanks to a new partnership between the UK’s largest dining club and the market leading price comparison site, Compare the Market customers will now have the chance to save an average of £304 per year when dining out at thousands of chain and independent restaurants across the UK with a product powered by tastecard.
The Dining Club Group were approached by Compare the Market in 2017 with an exciting yet challenging brief. Our solution was creative, mirrored Compare the Market’s brand values and tone of voice and delivered a secure and vast restaurant supply chain. The user experience was carefully considered; seamlessly surfacing our dining solution through the Meerkat app. Compare the Market customers now benefit from Meerkat Meals in addition to their existing Meerkat Movies annual membership.
Our approach began by combining the best insight from within our company; brand strategy, marketing, data and analytics, supply chain, product and commercial team members, to map out a customer experience that only The Dining Club Group, via our tastecard product, could deliver.
The pitch focused on presenting creative ideas in conjunction with well-researched and data driven insight. We used our experience in delivering enterprise SLA’s and our sound understanding of the dining industry to produce one simple solution.
The result is a bespoke dining product, offering 2 for 1 meals at thousands of restaurants across the UK including Ask Italian, Zizzi, Pizza Hut Restaurants and Frankie & Benny’s, alongside a variety of quality independents. The offer is available Sunday to Thursday, all year round, for tables of up to six people across starters, mains and desserts.
